The first meeting of the California Writers Club–San Joaquin Valley Branch in formation process–will be held Saturday, October 3, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the library on the main Stockton campus of the University of the Pacific. All writers in the area are invited to attend this brown bag lunch meeting. Award-winning author Robin Burcell will be our guest speaker, and Scott Evans and June Gillam will help to organize and facilitate, so bring up to 5 pages (and 5 copies) of whatever you’re working on for break-out critique sessions.
